Wreath Funds Turn-in Process
Wreath Checks Turn-In
Check must be made out to "Troop 19"
“Wreath Check Turn-In slip” must be completed before being handed in.
The order must be in Cheddar-Up
All checks must have a purchaser’s address
Put checks in an envelope with a turn-in slip
Sign-up on the "Wreath Money Turn List"
A member of the team will be available at meetings
Wreath Cash Turn-In
All cash is to be consolidated and Turn-in in bulk payments
A list of the the Customer Name and Address must be kept
The online Payment System
Go to payments.troop19.org
Choose the “Turn-in Money for Wreaths”
Follow the instructions
Enter Amount
Turn-in money collected for wreath sales, such as: Cash, etc.
Before starting, be sure to have your:
Scout ID number*
Customer names
Amount each customer paid and/or donated
The total amount you are electronically paying must balance with customer payments
Select the E-check option
There is a small convenience fee that is applied at the end of your transaction.
List customer name(s) and amount they paid you. *
John Doe $20, Jane Smith #22, etc
